HD-500 Model vacuum nitrogen filled packer employs international most advanced packing techniques. It is semi-automatic multi-functional packing machinery which integrates vacuum exhaust, nitrogen filling and heat enclosure into a whole. Its production routine is automatically controlled by micro-computer system.
1. Vacuum system: It replaces vacuum pump by vacuum generator (Japan SMC). As a result, when it exhausts the vacuum, it is of low noise, high efficiency, fine micro-computer system. 2. Nitrogen-making system: It adopts German imported BF molecular sieve and Japan (SMC) imported air-controlled valve with stable performance and high nitrogen purity. 3. Heat enclosure system: It may wantonly choose large, medium, small size packing and thermofusible packing materials. Its sealing length may be extended from 500mm to 1000mm according to consumers'demands. |
